When we moved in 11 months ago everything seemed really good. Our agent was helpful and things got taken care of quickly when we did have a problem. Though when they fixed the crack in the wall they used the wrong paint shade. Ah well we thought. Oh yes, there are no light fixtures installed in the bedroom, living room, or sunroom. We were told to put up our own. Since then it has just gone downhill, mainly the last month and a half for us. The breaking gates and the dog logs we could handle. The lower class of tenents being let in, no. Our new neighbours constantly smoke in the halls and for some reason think right in front of our door is a great spot. And we are sure that isnt regular smoke either. The noise levels at night are stupid now. People coming in are constantly rushing the gates so they dont have to get buzzed in by a tenant. Parking has gone completely to hell, it would be much better if assigned. Im 8 months pregnant and have to walk from three rows down if we happen to leave for even 5 minutes in the evening. We have had to call the police at least once about people parking regularly in the handicap spot. We have gotten the mold problem on our windows this last month. Actually, even though our thermostat is set to 73 we had ICE building on the bedroom window. Add in the noise level from being stuck next to I-75 with crappy windows. Add in the poor office help now and I cant recommend this place again. We had recommended some friends who moved in and were supposed to get the referral cheque. 2 months later nothing. I went in and complained again asking what was going on and today got a call saying that actually no body had bothered processing it. So apparently now it is being sent in and we should get it in 30-40 days. We move in 2 weeks and I can't wait.
