This place looked wonderful to live in and the staff was very nice and helpful. But since we have moved in everything has gone downhill. The parking is awful there are numerous people who park anywhere even if it is not a spot. The mangement does nothing. We have called and complained about our neighbors noise problems 8 times in 2 months. The mangement does nothing. People smoke right in front of your door and puts their buts out there. The mangement blames you. Your neighbors leave their trash in front of their door. We got the warning and we were out of town. We called the mangement to let them know it wasn't us and the accused us of lying. When you look close at things you see the paint was dripped on the walls, vents were hung crooked, the counters have stains from the caulking, there is paint dripped all over the tiles in the bathroom, and there are poorly patched floors (They TOLD us no one had lived in this one before!!!). Our sink leaked and maitence showed up and told us nothing was wrong with a puddle of water in our cabinets. We fixed it ourselves! Overall it is poor service and if you actually look poor handy work.
