First of all, noone was holding a gun to your head when you decided to move in here. I moved into this apt. complex last year.



My first month in the Apartment was not the best, but I did get $200 knocked off my first months rent. Its funny I was also told that I was the first person to live in this particular apartment, and upon inspection of the place I found damage in some odd places.. Mainly to the drywall, holes in the bathroom walls (nailholes). Also Nailholes in every, other room. So I guess my next question would be, "If noone lived in my apt. before me, Who hung the pictures all over'" Like I said, overall I have had no real problem with Alta Green. I also do not believe that parking is an issue.. I think that if your too lazy to park a couple dozen feet away from your aptartment door, you need to worry about your health, not the complex. Last I checked noone was rushed to the hospital for walking 15 feet to their car. My only concern is the ignorant people in this complex that think its okay to park in the handicapped spots all the time when they are clearly not. Its lazy, arrogant people like that who bring down the value of the property. I have seen these idiots throw their trash and cigarette butts on ther grounds. So if anyone has a problem with the complex, talk to the morons that cant follow the simple guidelines for living in a community. Their the ones making it "ghetto" as you so freely put it. Those of you that think this is the Ghetto...MOVE. Go to Franklin road in marietta. That is where you need to be anyway join the rest of the crybabies in the real ghetto. All of you people that want replies why dont you leave your E-Mail address, and maybe someone would be able to help you instead of just having to read about your belly aches. I have never seen so many full grown babies...

"I have to walk too far to get to may car"

"Im the ONLY one picking up my dogs poop"

"I cant workout after midnight"

"I can hear my neighbors at night"

If you people are so unhappy with apartment living..GET A HOUSE...MAKE YOUR OWN RULES!!!
