I have lived in these apartments since the first of the year. It is not only a great location but kept very clean. I was impressed that the hallways are pressure washed on a regular basis, cigarette butts are NOT PERMITTED. Someone left some trash on the curb in the parking lot one morning. As a test, I left it there to see how long it would take for it to be cleaned up. I met friends who were coming in up the street. By the time I got back, it had been cleaned up. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. On several occasions I have ask for assistance and they have been right there. For those who haven't lived in apartments before, keeping the grounds and reputation of the apartments clean is a joint effort amoung the tennants as well as the staff. I applaud both staff and tennants who make the effort to keep these apartments clean and make them a better place to live. Living at Alta Green has been a pleasure.
