It isn't too too bad, i have lived at Alta Green for a lil over two months. My cons are, like you have read in other peoples reviews, my first week i am getting woken up at 2 and 3 in the morning mostly on Sunday and Monday nights by punk ass kids, pounding on doors, outside on nextels. But I am a -----, so i always go out and tell them to their face to pick up the ----en phone cause im sick of hearing beeping, or like my neighbor across the hall, who likeddd to pound on his door then mine till I went outside and almost scrapped with him. I was late to work, made a complaint at the office, and he has been quiet ever since. The thing is, if they get 3 complaints, they are evicted, and he knows that now.
---ALSO, when you check out the apartments first hand, MAKE sure you get in writing or see in writing everything that they are telling you, Half the staff is new and they will tell you false information if they do not know the answer, fees and soforth. Also READ the lease before you sign it, EVERY BIT OF IT. And you will be ok.
--MOST IMPORTANTLY--take pictures when you move of how you left it, with dates and everything. This and along with almost every apt complex in GA are trying to screw you with cleaning fees, some lie and say you left trash, ALTA Green is sewing someone I know for $2000 saying she trashed the place, and left enough trash to fill up the community dumpster in the apt. It is a lie!! APTS are just hurting right now because it is so cheap to buy houses right now. SO BEFORE YOU MOVE TO ANY APARTMENT IN GA MAKE SURE YOU
--read the lease
--get whatever the manager tells you in writing
--take pictures when you move
--most importantly, if you have rude neighbors, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, call the cops, make complaints, if the managers dont do ----, the cops sure as HELL will, especially being in COBB county!!!!
