We all live in a nice community. As i mentioned before, they keep the breezways blown out on a daily basis. Guess the reason being is that there are folks that stand either out side or in the upper level apartments smoking and flip their butts out into the lawn which in turn get blown back into the breezway. If YOU, meaning the people doing it, would STOP, maybe the breezways wouldnt need to be cleaned so often and mananagement could talk time to do more constructive things around here. I have enjoyed my stay here and have not had anyone in the front office be rude to me. As a matter of fact they have helped me with several things in my apartment. Again, those folks flipping butts and leaving trash to be picked up might get that same courtesy if they would pick up after themselves. Its my fondest dreams that the fire marshall would start writing tickets to those folks that disrespect the other tennants by throwing their trash and butts out on the sidewalks. So, for the biggest part, my complaint isnt for the office, its for those who thought maid service or their mother came along with their lease! GROW UP!!!!!!!

Judging from the uneducated, grammatically-incorrect writing style of this post, I think it is safe to say that this person is the same leasing representative that has been leaving hilariously idiotic-sounding letters on residents' doors.

Group home? I surely know that I did not sign up to live in a group home, but rather an individual apartment which I expect to be clean, private, and in working order. I expect to receive the same consideration that I give to others in the building so that we can all go on about our personal lives without disrupting one another. Perhaps the person who wrote the above complaint should commit himself/herself to a "group home" if that is what he/she so desires. By the way, this ridiculous complaint is obviously written by Ashley, one of the leasing representatives who also lives on the premises in building 10. You can tell based on the unprofessional, juvenile writing style which is similar to that of most of the "notices" sent out to residents. I think it's time for you to repeat the 5th grade, Ashley, so you can learn how to write appropriately!
