I have been a resident of Alta Green for 2 years, and ever since new magt took over, nothing ever gets done, they have ripped me out of money, and I have made approximately - no kidding - at least 30 calls in the past 2 months for 3 issues. They never return calls, and they are horrible. I would go into further detail, but since I still live there and they are already starting to screw me, I do not want to make life harder. All I know is I was a happy resident until new magt came. Now I have nothing good left to say about Alta Green and I can not wait until my lease is over!

All "management" cares about is getting people to sign a lease and then collecting their monthly rent payments. Any other issues and they completely disappear.
