My husband and I want out! The noise issue is horrible. We are supposed to have community covenants against loud noise after 9 pm which is a HUGE joke. It is never enforced. We have called security and the police and the leasing office only to be told to keep calling security which does no good whatsoever. Don't even get me started on how bad the billing service is here. The bill is never right, never on time and though they are late...they charge you a late fee. The leasing office doesn't care and will basically tell you that.

The noise is definitely bad -- not only from within the apartments, but from the idiots who peel out of the parking lot at 2 am and blast their gangster rap music at all hours ... not to mention the people who rent garages so they can use them as additional living space, "hanging out" in them for hours with the music blaring. People here have no respect for working people who deserve to come home and get some rest!
