MANAGMENT CAN AND WILL CHANGE THERE MINDS ON ANY AND EVERY RULE, GUIDELINE AND/OR RENTAL RATE... THEY WILL CHANGE BILLING ON POWER AND WATER AND U KNOWN ITS NOT FOR YOUR BENIFIT, BECAUSE YOU BILL WILL INCREASE... AFTER 7TH OF LIVING @ SOMERSET @ SHILOH, I BEGAN TO PICKUP ON THERE BAD MANAGEMENT. I ASK FOR A MINI BKLIND TO BE REPLACED WHEN I MOVED IN, BECAUSE IT DIDN'T MOVE UP OR DOWN, TO THIS DAY AFTER SEVERAL TIMES OF ASKING, NEVER HAS BEEN FIXED. MULT. PEOPLE HAVE HAD OR HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MOLD AND PROBLEMS W/ GETTING MANAGEMENT TO EVEN LOOK @ THE PROBLE. I HAD TO ASK 3 TIME AND THEN MANAGEMENT SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK @ THE PROBLEM. THEN IT TOOK 1 WEEK BEFORE THEY EVER FIX THE MILDEW AND MOLD ON THE WALL. THEY FIXED IT AND IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN AND IT WILL KEEP HAPPENING UNTILL THEY FIX'S IT CORRECTLY.. *** SO RENTER BEWARE ***

You are not the only one dealing with mold and other issues. We've found that once the lease was signed and they had our money, they couldn't care less to help us. Even if we go down to the rental office in person, the manager herself refuses to talk to us claiming that she is too busy "filing" or something that can obviously wait. Funny how many things come before customer satisfaction in this place.

Well, there IS a leash law and so your animal must be on a leash no matter how cute the office staff thinks he is, how small he is, etc. This is part of being a responsible dog owner. However, I do feel that you are justified to be upset about being spied on with people with cameras, as this violates our civil rights and is just downright creepy.

too many people have their dogs off leash running around. THERE IS A LEASH LAW - FOLLOW IT!! I can't believe the nerve of these people thinking that they are above the law. perhaps if all these holier-than-thou people move out this place would be a lot nicer.

I don't understand why so many people feel that they are exempt from leash laws and allow their mutts to run around and get in the way of other people and cars. Don't they care about their pet's safety? Are they so dumb that they don't understand what a leash is? They must think they are special and rules apply to everyone except them.
