I moved in to a brand new apartment when this place was built. Since then it has changed managment 3 times, no one seeming to care about maintenance- mgnt OR residences. People leave trash everywhere, dripping bags leave the breezeways stained, cigarette butts everywhere, trash overflowing at the dumsters on a weekly basis, and the gates are ALWAYS broken. Why does everyone pay to live in a gated community that isn't gated' Aside from the mechanical problems of the gates, people just rip right through the plastic arms that come down. Any and every request made for mrepairs/ maintenance have been ignored until a 3rd or 4th call, and each time the situation has to be explain from the beginning because no one in the office seems to follow up on anything or have written records of complaints/ requests made. Now rent has gone up yet again. I hope that extra money can go to cleaning up the filth I have to walk past at least twice a day to get to my car. I pay alot to live here, and it seems that they are getting crouded by college students that were never taught to clean up after themselves. As for the dogs- if you can't take care of your pet properly and within state laws and apartment guidelines- move in with your mother or get rid of the dog.
