Both me and my boyfriend live here (each in different apartments). My apartment is better than his. His apartment is infested with bugs. They keep calling for an exterminator and they came once no one has come back they are supposed to do three treatments. They kept calling the office but no one has ever come back. I won't even walk in to his apartment it is so gross. My apartment is not infested with bugs but my a/c did not work for almost three weeks. The first time we called the office they sent someone out and he supposedly fixed it. It stayed fixed for a week maybe. It just kept freezing up. We called them back out and still said that everything was fixed and that it was fine. It froze again a day later. It got so bad and they took so long in fixing it that it made me sick to my stomach and one of my room mates. It also killed my pet rat because she overheated and died. On the third time of them coming out they finally said that something was broken and that they had to order a part for our unit. It took a week to get the part. That is the week my rat died. They gave us $200 because it made us sick, to help pay our utilities when we move out. We are moving at the end of June. Other than that one instance I never had any other problems. It was always clean people were nice. The gate was broken every once in a while but they got it fixed pretty fast maybe a day or two tops. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
