During the time I lived here I saw a significant amount of police activity in the community. There were drunk people hanging out or sometimes passed out in breezeways, cigarette butts and vomit in the breezeways and common grounds, dog waste EVERYWHERE (there were quite a few people there with banned breeds such as pit bulls and rotweilers), as well as broken bottles and trash in the parking lots. The fire alarms would go off on a fairly regular basis for no apparent reason.

They are poorly constructed buildings; you can hear EVERYTHING around you. If anyone nearby would shut a door in their apartment it would literally shake all the walls in my apartment. Noise is considerably bad in this complex, but I think that is not so much a complex issue as it was just loud people and poor construction. The insulation is terrible; you are paying to heat and cool the breezeways!! The gaps in the front doors were so large that when they dropped off the rent notice each month it literally fell into your apartment without having to open the door. I did love the layout of the apartment; very nice.

The 'security' that I supposedly paid extra for was the full surrounding fence and security gates - those gates may have worked a total of two months the entire time I lived there. They were always broken and you will hear every excuse as to why (someone ran into it, lightning struck it, etc.) or why they are not fixed. Breezeway lights burn out and it takes months to get them replaced; if at all.

Parking is a total nightmare, people would park in the main streets, handicapped spots and by the garages and mail houses because there are not enough spaces.

The office staff are nice enough, but they are not helpful at all. The maintenance staff are very nice and when they finally do get the repair orders they are quick to get things done.

I would NEVER refer anyone I know to this property, that was the worst apartment experience of my life and I have been an apartment dweller for many years now.
