Colonial Grand is a dissapointment!

I have been living here for almost two years. At first the previous management was very professional; they use to clean up all the hallways for each apartment with pressure water every MONTH. Now it only happens a few times during the year.
I agreed with other tenants, this place is always full of trash everywhere. Sorry but people with pets don't clean up after their dog. They use every green space to fulfill their dogs waste. It is a dangerous situation because feces are contaminating the soil and air we all breath.
Many park their car on the street making this location dangerous for other drivers.
Sorry, but is just poor management.
