Don't believe all the complaints from other reviewers on this website. I have been at Colonial Grand since March of 07 and I have never had the first problem. No real noise, no bugs, the grounds seem well maintained and the staff has always been friendly to me. My apartment is very nicely appointed. Internet access was slow at first, but that has been resolved. I have only had to call maintenance once because of a broken garbage disposal, and it was fixed the same day. To the residents complaining about the lack of pressure washing: this isn't the complex's fault. We are under water restrictions right now because of lack of rain.

I'll be moving out soon because my job has changed and I need to be closer to work, and I will actually hate to have to leave. i would recommend Colonial Grand.
