Please do not contribute to these people ripping their residents off. They are so disorganized they do not know when you pay them rent. Can't wait till i can move out.

Your check should serve as your receipt. If you show them your reciept, then you can prove that you paid. How is this ripping residents off? If you are organized, then you should have absolutely no problem.
