The apartments look very nice if all you see is the model. The actual apartment complex is ran down once you move in you can tell this place is over 10 years old. I cannot wait to move. The front office does nothing to help you, when you let them know things it goes in one ear and out the other. They pretend to care about you and your situation but do not. The billing is all screwed up they do not inform you when you move in that you will be billed for trash, water and sewer. Breezeways are filthy and reak of smoke with butts all over the place. The grass and grounds are covered in dog feces. There is never any parking because people who aren't even on leases live here (management is aware of this and does nothing about it) and take up parking spots with cars that do not run or big trailers. There is a lot of parties and loudness on random nights of the week because Kennesaw State is near by and the place is filled with college kids that party at all hours of the night and throw beer bottles all over the place. This place does not feel like home to me and I will be moving ASAP. Worst apartment experience I have ever had in my life.
