The apartment itself is nice, but I have not been overall pleased with the complex lately. I started living in the apartments before all of the construction started, and now I'm glad I'm moving out. All of the trees that surrounded Estates are gone - all you see is dirt, backhoes, trucks, etc. And, it can get noisy due to the construction.
My one piece of advice if you live here is to NEVER break the lease. I purchased a house recently and moved from the apartment. They charged my $995 to break the lease, plus the free rent that they gave me when I signed the contract, PLUS 2 months rent for the 60 day notice...it costs more to move out of this apartment than it will to close on a home!
