I researched apartments all over Cobb County and finally found Ridenour and I'm so glad I did! I haven't moved in yet but I couldn't wait to write a review and can't wait to live here! I have yet to meet the rest of the staff but Lisa is awesome!! She showed us 3 apts and drove us around the complex, explained all the services and fun community activities they provide, even gave my baby a little stuffed animal! The place is a bit secluded which is good since most people don't know it exists. It's surrounded by gorgeous new homes, townhouses and sits right next to Kennesaw Mountain. It's a quiet complex, the tenants are civilized and friendly, I don't have a dog but I noticed that there are pooper scoopers around the complex! How many complexes around have those' One of the 2 bedroom floorplans is very unique and quite spacious. The fitness center has up to date equipment which is a rare find these days. The place is only 3 years old so everything is new. It's so clean and reminds me of a little european town. They were running a special when we leased so we got about 25% off our rent! I could go on and on about this little "town" and believe me, I'll write more after I move in. If you are looking for the best place to live in Atlanta, this is THE place!!
For the person who mentioned paying for breaking the lease, I'm sorry it happened to you but you should expect to pay out the wazoo for breaking for any apartment lease. Read the fine print and ask questions before you sign any lease because you never know what you might be charged for. Your lease breaking charges isn't a reflection on Estates at Ridenour, probably a standard practice in the apt industry.
