I hate to do this since all of the reviews on here are positive. But this is not a place I would recommend. I moved here from another Kennesaw complex that is the worst reviewed on this site, justifiably. But Ridenour is gunning for their title. The sum of my opinion of this place is in line with the review titled TITANIC. These are the most cheaply built apartments I have ever seen. DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU. The office staff is very fake. They are nice and they didn't build the place, but they could be more resilient in dealing with resident issues. The other major issue is the noise. Not parties, this place is actually very family friendly. It's the fact that the walls are paper thin (and the ceilings). When you can recite back your neighbors' converstations ad nauseum, you're in the wrong place for the price. This community sounds like lofts, not "luxury apartments." Also, your utilities will be high. Very poor insulation and the toilets stay broken. One bedroom apt. averages $135 a month in power and water alone. The layouts are useless as well, very poor planning on the builder's part. A lot of wasted space once you actually get your furniture in here with all of the weird corners. Not as bad as some of the others in town, but definitely not the best.
