Describes this apartment complex over the past year as well ME in the next month! Ditto the 3/16/2005 "more awful" person too. I am the 4/13/2004 person writing an updated review of Ridenour after living here for almost a year. I can hear the people above me when they are in the bathroom, run water, stomp, fight, it's rediculous. The power bills are sky high every month probably b/c the insulation is non-existent. I can feel a draft coming in from the patio door. Cell phones don't work since it's behind a mountain. Parking is a joke. They expect you to walk a mile to find a spot to park IF YOU ARE LUCKY. It's obvious there is a lack of parking when all the garages are full, spaces are full and people still have to park on the side of curbs. It's not fun when you're trying to carry 2 kids under 2 years old from a parking spot 2 buildings away! The people in the office seem nice, I've only been there twice to pick up a package so I don't know about any issues there. Oh and let's not talk about the dog poop issues. Yeah most people don't clean up their dog poop and I even see poop right along the sidewalk in front of our building. I mean come on people! A little common courtesy please! Needless to say it's an ok place to live but the parking is most definetly the biggest pain.
