Well I got to have the 6 month experience. The trash compactor is never ran and is always piled up to the street. I think management should stop writing their own reviews for deff. Maintenance is a joke their was one resident I talked to who had their heater broken for 30 days, IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN. Duct tape and bubble gum repairs everywhere. Apartments are noisey you can hear every move your neighbor makes. No parking and no one observes parking rules. Also thought about looking at other apartments in same ridenour cluster and they are all tax credit properties. That was the clincher for me.
