Well where do I begin, I have been living here for about 1 year. The staff has come and gone like a revolving door. What is wrong with this Management Company' Why doesn't anyone stay' Is someone chasing them off'

So now there is a new manager. She's rude, crude and unprofessional. You ask for something and its always someone previous who screwed up. I wasn't asking who's fault it is just fix it.

The ants are unbelievable,for some reason they can't seem to get rid of them or they don't care to. I have been having ants for about six months. They keep sending pest control but they just move from room to room. Treat outside for god's sake!

The trash compactor is disgusting, often trash is down the sidewalk. Can't they compact it more often'

They seem to be moving in more and more college students who stay up making noise all hours of the night, keeping me and my kids awake. It use to be so quite and peacful here! Now they are breaking into cars. Don't move here if you own a utility vehicle they seem to be the target.

Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease. Besides, you never know who will be working it the office when you go in to get assistance. Of course they won't know what your talking about. How convenient!

Hopefully for our sake the Army Sargent won't last for very long! Get someone in there who will be courteous, understanding, who has people skills and not so rude.Do your homework before movig here. If you see a resident outside ask them first.

They paint a beautiful picture when you first visit the property. Don't be fooled! They should win an award for putting on the best show when you first visit and when you visit the office after they have your money its a differant story.
