since the leasing staff seems to change every month and they are renting apartments to ANYONE who walks in with a checkbook, we now deal with broken down cars taking up spots, inconsiderate neighbors with near "domestic violence" level fights, and shady characters "cruising" around the apartments at all hours with the bass blaring- what was once a quite enjoyable place to live where the rather high amount of rent was worth it because of the quality of living has now evolved into something similar to living in the slums of any major city... we need a gate and 24 hour security gaurd ASAP!! when i moved in the community was comprised of young professionals and families- i enjoyed spending summer by the pool and walking my dog on the pristine grounds where the majority of people actually picked up their dog's droppings- the current staff could resurrect this great community by being a bit more discerning when approving renters, enforcing the policy of $25 fine for leaving pet droppings and not allowing aggressive breeds such as pit bulls and mastiffs, having the trash compacted more often and instead of spending money on food and alcohol for cheesy superbowl parties, spending it on a security officer or a gate! in their defense however, they have been most accomodating when maintenance issue arise and the grounds are well kept....if only i didn't have to dive into the flowerbeds every time some ghetto sled speeds through and nearly runs me over! i do hope they are decreasing the rent this spring since the quality of living is steadily decreasing!
