I have lived at Ridenour over two years. I do have to admit there are problems from time to time, but what community doesn't have problems. I have enjoyed my stay here and will only leave when we buy a home. The trash compactor was a problem but it was obviously fixed because I haven't seen it piled up in over 6 months. As far as the management they seem friendly enough and I know they haven't changed managers since last summer. No revolving door from what I have seen. Cynthia the billing lady has been here since I moved in and is the best and the others have always been very helpful. The maintenence staff are right on and the best I have dealt with anywhere. In my opinion on most of these reviews Ridenour or elsewhere the negative ones are probably the people that were kicked out or fined or didnt pay rent on time. Who knows why but this is my two cents!! :)

i am very happy with the ratings of this apartment.I went on forrent.com and saw the apartment and I like it.I want to move in some day my son and I.It is great keep up the good work.
