We moved into a 1/1 apartment in December and have definitely enjoyed living here. The mall is close by, as are I-75/575.The complex is kept clean, the apartments are well kept and the neighborhood is quiet for the most part. On occassion there is some loud music, it's expected what with college students living in the area. We're on a first floor apartment and we can't hear our neighbors through the walls or ceiling. When people quit picking up after the dogs, management sent out a letter saying fines would be issued and since then, most pet owners clean up. Maintenance has been efficient and they come out whenever we've called (which hasn't been much since we haven't really had problems). Management/staff has been friendly and accomadating. A power outage took place not too long ago and within 2 hours the problem had been fixed and power restored. We don't plan on moving until we're ready to buy a house and definitely recommend the area to young professionals and newlyweds.
