Attention all college kids! This place is for you! If you are a working professional like myself, you may want to steer clear of the "Estates" if you ever desire a decent night's sleep. It's 4:00 am and I'm searching for my next apartment because the people above me are making so much noise, my ceiling fan is vibrating. If you come to visit this property, please don't be fooled by the peaceful atmosphere during business hours. The real party doesn't start until after 11:00 pm., you know, when you're TRYING TO SLEEP! Count on some extra cardio if you arrive home after 7pm. More than likely, you'll have to hike to your car after parking. To be fair, this property is well maintained and in close proximity to 75/575. There is no shortage of commercial and industrial areas. Management is pleasant, but powerless. Whether or not you enjoy your stay here greatly depends on your neighbors. If you are unconcerned w/ outside soiree's reminiscent of frat parties, I would recommend a top level apartment. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I've lived in Estates for over a year and love it here. My neighbors are all quiet and I'm a college student as well (drawn to estates because of the quiet atmosphere). I guess it does depend a good deal on your neighbors. Parking is horrible most of the time. The staff is excellent and the maintenance is quick to fix a problem. Just interview your neighbors before you move in :)
