I have lived at Estates at Ridenour for a year now and am surprised to see the reviews listed. The staff has always been helpful and the neighbors seem pretty decent. Some of the comments seemed strange to me since it's always been fairly quiet for apartment living. Overall, Ridenour has been good to me. A couple of cool parties for the residents and a nice pool. You have your right to a opinion and so does the other 90% of people who live here, I would leave but I know what happens if I break my lease!
