I lived there for 3 years. Pros: The staff was very friendly and I loved the area and amenities. Cons: My rent went up every year-significantly. I was charged a large portion of my security deposit when I left for things like-bugs in the light fixtures and dust on the baseboards, even though I thought I'd gotten everything. I had even cleaned the carpet in an effort to insure full refund. I lived alone and tend to take care of things that don't belong to me. The biggest hole I put in the wall was from a thumbtack to put up a calendar. Imagine my disappointment that it was all for nothing. Last thing that went wrong was that another tenant hit my truck early in the morning, got out and looked at the dent, then left. I saw them do it, but wasn't dressed, so I couldn't run out after them. Parking was an issue. Everyone vied for the same spots and those from other units would even park in front of my building (probably because of the same issue). If someone had a guest over, guess what - a paying tenant had no place to park unless down the road at another unit.
