I don't understand the recent negative comments on this website regarding Hillside Vista. This place is, in my opinion, the best value in Kennesaw. It is conveniently located to basically anywhere you would want to shop, and the apartments are in excellent condition. The floor plans are very well designed, and the amenities are nice (ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, decent chandelier in dining room, etc). I don't have any problems with noise, but then again, I do live on the 3rd floor.

There were a few problems, like an odd lingering smell in the closet, and the paint job was not the greatest, but overall, this place is great.
