I do live on the third floor and it's very loud due to the zoo that lives next door to me. Overall my buiding is fairly quiet except for one apartment that creates enough noise for the whole complex. Come on...do you really think I want your kids playing on my door mat and banging on my front door' Get with it please.

I totally agree about the office staff. They are not very helpful at all. For example, when we moved in we asked about the key to get into the fitness room after hours. They said we only needed a code. Well, I went to work out one night and couldn't get in. So, the next day I paid them a visit and oh yeah you need to pay for the key. Why couldn't you have saved me a trip and told me this when I asked you'!'!'!

Yes, the price is right, but you get what you pay for.
