I have lived here for a year and am sad to say that I am moving. I dont want to move, but it is too far from where I work.

Not sure about the noise people hear, but we live on a top floor, end unit, and sometimes we wonder if we even have neighbors because it's so quiet. You can hear trains at night, but i am a very light sleeper and it doesnt keep me awake.

The maintenance is awesome; Our A/C went out on a saturday morning and he was in our apartment fixing it two hours after we called the office. It was fixed the very same day.

The garden tub, however, wasn't a real garden tub--it was like a regular tub that was squished into an oval. but that doesnt matter, the wonderful quality and beautiful interiors make up for everything.

The rent price was more than fair for the size of the apartment, and Kimberly, the manager, takes care of things within minutes. Everyone in the office is overly nice and attends to your needs quickly.

There is always more than enough parking, too.

If my job wasnt so far away, i would renew my lease in a heartbeat.
