The apartments are nice, spacious and have a good set-up. The price is reasonable. The office staff need to be replaced. There are 2 in particular who I find to be very unprofessional and lack the proper intelligence to run an apartment community! The maintenance staff are anything but friendly. Passing by whether it's waving or giving a friendly hello, they always seem to be in a bad mood. Also, they respond slowly to maintenance calls when it comes to something important. They made our appointment a week after we made a call for maintenance. It needed to be taken care of that particular day or evening!
As for other residents, friends/family have had some other issues with noisy neighbors and/or obnoxious teenager/college kids. Also, we witnessed 2 crimes within a matter of a few days from each other. Theft and domestic abuse. The cops are always here, too.
While the housing/apartment is nice with the arched doorways, space, and sizes it would be a really nice place to live whether you are a student, elderly, or raising a family. I do not recommend, nor would I refer future residences (I'd warn them) to live here until the Management and other staff are replaced. We DO pay their salaries yet are treated with disrespect in return. Also, never speak to them in person unless you have it in writing afterwards!

I agree. The staff is rude - Especially the women. The new girl named----- is horrible... And I've stayed in the apartments for 5 years.

Congratulations on staying in your apartment for 5 years. Obviously, you need to get out in the world more often, your manners & conduct leave a great deal to be desired. Do you feel that the staff is rude because you aren't getting your own way? Do you say these things after attempting to resolve any issues like a mature adult? It's too bad that you have to resort to naming people while you remain anonymous.

I also agree that the office staff at Hillside Vista need to be replaced, and quickly before things get worse.

The staff has always been polite and extremely accomodating to all of our needs (office staff and maintenance staff). I don't know what you people are talking about. You must have not gotten your way with some stupid issue and now feel the need to bash everyone like a child. Get a life!!

This is Hilarious! The management office is obviously monitoring these posts and then choose to then give their own derogatory response to complaints. Well news flash, as someone who is considering moving in this area, we see where you give 4 and 5 ratings and belittle your own tenants! Not moving here!
