I've visited, and lived at Hillside Vista apartments and the customer service is lacking on so many levels. The maintenance personnel are not friendly, courteous, or approachable. They often times look the other way when they see a resident coming, nor do they speak. Members of the staff act as if residents and visitors are a bother, as if they're doing the residents a favor. In my opinion only one member of the office staff is cordial and polite, however there needs to be a serious change in management and staff at this apartment complex. Residents pay their salaries and are entitled to the best customer service there is.

The entire staff has always been nice to me, my guests and pretty much everyone else that I have talked to who lives here. This person has got it all wrong!
