These apartments are very affordable but there's a reason. The garbage bin on the community property was always over flowing, we would try to take walks but it would smell too bad. There are a view good things- there was always parking, the apartment itself was fairly nice, the pool was always nice. If your lucky and don't get neighbors that knock on your door at 2 AM asking for WEED'!'!!', then you might have a good experience.
