I don't have any big complaints about Lakeside Vista. The rent prices were fair, the staff was pretty nice to me. My maintanence request when I first moved in was never fixed but the second time I asked them to fix something else it was fixed the next day.The largest problem is bad kids running around all hours of the day. If you work 3rd shift don't expect to be able to sleep during the day. Kids are constantly running up and down stairs, hanging out, skateboarding, playing football, yelling, and basically acting bad all day. Also, loud music is a problem. The management tried to address the problem by sending out warning letters to keep music down and keep your kids in the house. That clearly didnt work. I am not renewing my lease because I cant deal with bebe's kids running around 24/7. People get your kids and turn your music down!!

Obviously your either lonely, don't have kids, cant have kids, or never intended on having them. Or your the parent that sends them outside while you sleep all day. Next time don't request to live near the pool or playground area. Because that is the only place I have seen the children play.

Funny and very unrealistic. No I do not have kids. And why would I request to live by the pool or playground? And I dont live by the pool or playground. But i still have children atleast twice a week running up and down stairs outside my door. Obviously you are not a very observant person or were offended by the message because you have children. I was not speaking of all kids living in this neighborhood, however, the truth is that some children constantly run around the whole neighborhood, all day, and night, unsupervised by any parents. Were you occupying an apartment when notices went out about keeping children indoors or supervised? These notices were placed on everyone's door. This should clearly be a sign that there is a problem with unsupervised children. Your assumptions..all of them are incorrect..and so are your observations. If you have kids that you keep supervised; cheers to you and this was not meant for you. This is my opinion about my experience living here. You dont have to agree or just take a walk around the neighborhood. Thanks
