I have lived her for a year now and my complaint is with the office staff and how they run this apartment complex! Yes it is gov. subsidised housing but does that mean we have to All be treated like low income renters? The way the leave threats of being evicted on your door is almost a routine thing just like getting a morning newspaper. If you want me to leave then dont threaten me with all these fees just let me leave in peace! The park area is unhealthy and unsanitary because all it does is keep flooded and according to my lease being able to have my kids play at the park was an ammenity.... do i get a discount because that isn't happening! I have decided to leave in the next few months and move to a place who respect their tenants as we pay our rent just as they do.
