I was a resident for over two years and can honestly say our experience was wonderful.

Our apartment was in a beautiful location, the neighbors were all friendly and courteous... I cannot understand the other complaints listed. We never had problems with nieghbors, noise, staff, or parking.
This neighborhood is unique from many of the others in this area. We looked at every single one of them and felt that what they had to offer us was so much more than you would get in other apartments in the area. Ammenities range to fit the residents of all ages, literally from toddlers to seniors. They even have a program that helps you when you decide to buy! We felt all of this was important when we leased.

I think if you are looking to move in the Kennesaw area this is definately a neighborhood not to miss. Find out for yourself that not only is this a truely unique place, but a great place to come home to everyday.
