Not a bad place, per se, but not great.

This wasn't the greatest place in the world for us. They talk a big show about family values but in the end the kids in this apartment complex run wild. My own daughter was sexually harassed by some pre-teen and teen boys to the point where she didn't feel safe.
Having said that, I can tell you that at least there weren't drug pushers getting arrested at all hours of the day and night, and that the size of the apartment was nice.
Several families lived above us and you could hear every clomp and thud of their feet as they walked around - obviously there was no attempt to soundproof when the building was constructed.
The apartment complex management is non-responsive to complaints of noise.
The lifeguard at the pool is lackadaisical at best and in collusion with hooligans at worst.
Basically, this is NOT a place I'd recommend living with kids, and if you want to sleep well, you'll need to find some other place to live - they don't care about noise complaints here!
