My family and I love living here. We actually have decided to extend our time here because it is so affordable and so nice! There is a beautiful playground/park in the middle, lots of greenery, a beautiful nature trail. We have never had ANY noise problems at all and everyone has been extrememly friendly and helpful. I would very highly recommend this place. I came in beng a little hesitant because of some of the other comments but I have been VERY PLEASED and think that the others who posted negatively may have just been a little jaded by some particular bad experience but we have had nothing but a great experience and that seems to be the norm.
