decent place, horrible front office help

I really didn't have too many complaints. We did need to get our water heater replaced and that took about 2 months of fooling around by maintance when the decision was made. But when our fridge started dying, it was replaced same day. The water bill is a constant problem because the front office manager makes promises and then forgets them. So get everything she agrees to in writing. It took 11 months to get our water bill balance corrected. The neighbours are mixed races and ages. All are nice for the most part, but we did a armed robbery recently, so crime and drugs are a problem. However I do feel safe letting my kid run around before dark.
