Roaches

To make this very short.. our apartment was infested with roaches, to the point where I had to throw out our cordless phone when we came back from vacation, roaches had moved into and it no longer worked.
They sprayed numerous times and it only got worse. Finally, we decided to break out lease b/c I couldn't handle it anymore.
They weren't willing to waive any of the fees, even though the apartment was uninhabitable. After a few months of harrassment, I got them down a little bit, but still ended up having to pay over $900 and forfeiting our $250 deposit, when it wasn't our problem.
Along with that, we had to pay out of our pocket for moving, having our things sprayed for roaches and annual pest control to keep our new house from being infested.
The new buildings are much better and are probably okay, but the management alone would keep me from moving here. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
