I have a fifteen month old son. This is the part that pisses me off. Maintenance will never come out. Locks are not on the power boxes, so anyone can flip it whenever. When we called the leasing office, the "maintenance" number we received conveniently went to her voicemail. When we called back, they were closed. My husband got hit with a roof shingle, while the workers were re-roofing -- carelessly throwing things down. Problem is, they were working at a time and date they didn't say they'd work. If my son and I had been on our way to the car and it hit him, that could cause some serious injury. There was a termite problem that lasted for over two weeks. A bad one. They were flying around everywhere. Phone calls were not returned, manager said, "Use hairspray." I don't particularly like my son walking around and picking up termites to stick in his mouth. Don't come here. It is bad. I'm trying to find someone who can help me with landlord-tenant laws to fix this.

Funny. Remember that deduction I asked you for regarding this situation? Fifty to seventy off on rent? I got ONE HUNDRED off from your new manager. So, go ahead -- school me.
