Let's say that the staff may be alright, but the parent company who actually owns the place doesn't care about any of the tenants.

There's no security, and the complex has no heartburn saying well if you're robbed. "Oh well". My door barely locks and they have done nothing in two years. I had to change the lock myself, and then they said if I didn't change it back they were going to make me pay a penalty. The parking sucks. They make a big deal about tenant and visitor parking, but yet I have to park two buildings away because someone's having a party. Maintenance barely knocks before walking in, and that's when they bother to show up. So watchout ladies. Complaints are not dealt with at all. There's a guy that revs his bike up at 2am and nothing has been done.

The place is nasty, they want everything and always make sure they get their rent. But they aren't willing to do anything in return. My lease is up beginning of next year, and I'm out of here. Don't waste your time. You're asking for trouble if you do.
