I have lived one this property for quite sometime and have read every anonymous review since the new management team took over here are my thoughts yes there are bugs, we live in Georgia for crying out load! I for One love living a community where there are mature trees and plenty of landscape, not just rows and rows of concrete and cars. The new management has a diligent and weekly pest control spraying schedule the old company did not. Hey Anonymous maybe it s poor housekeeping on your part not poor managing' Also they are doing criminal background checks on all new resident and us exsiting ones...that's good because the old owners did'nt do that!! When there is a break-in, the management dose a very honorable thing a pass out a notice letting us know when and where that very day!!! I feel that is a very nice thing to do for us because knowledge is power! and since the the holidays I havn't gotten a notice about a break-in since. Also THERE WAS NO METH LAB OR BOMB, it was a resident that left behind a homemade whiskey kit. I thank God the authorities were alerted and every precaution was explored. I was there in the office that night and EVERY member of the office staff stayed to well past midnight just answer any question we might have had. On that note I work second shift and upon coming home I have seen on many occasion employees cars parked in front of the office and the office lights on well into the early am hours! They are making nice improvements such as a new gym, club house,renovated apartments and new stairs and balconies. they also now have later office hours and the staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances, the last owners were horrible and did not do a thing!!! The maintenance is professional and yes the make mistakes at times but they are human and consistent in trying to do the best they can. The old owners sucked the new owners do make mistakes but they are always trying and that is rare in my rental experience. So I guess I ll sign out just the rest of them, Anonymous, but unlike them I am grateful for a management team that will continue to improve.

Just because someone defends the staff at the community or has something possitive to say, doesn't mean that they are a leasing office worker. Deal with a diffent opinion.
