If you look for the negative, you will find the negative. The truth is that since the new management company and management team took over, the property is in much better condition. There was a pool party this past weekend and it was a heck of a party. The office is a favorite spot of mine. There are fish tanks in the wall, new contemporary feel, a new fitness center and a nice place to surf the internet. I just renewed my lease and was entered into a drawing for a laptop and Guitar Hero....there was never any appreciation from the last team when I renewed my lease.
