I stayed here for 14 months. My roommate kept saying she was hearing things above her head, but we (office and I) thought she was crazy. I started hearing them as well and one day as we were sitting in the dining area we heard noises and before we knew it we started seeing water drop from our ceiling. After trying to contact management and was unable to we called the fire department, because the water started dripping even harder, before we knew it our celing collapsed. We found out we had rats in our attic. A rat actually chewed through a pipe. I was not pleased how the management handled the situation. The good thing was our lease was up in 2 months so of course we did not sign a new lease...

If there is anything positive to this story is the new managment is trying to change things they came into this complex with a lot of problems and have to deal with the mess the previous owners left... But for the price and location you can not beat it... Oh there wer a lot of break in during the holidays and they were happening during the day...
