Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived!!! Do not be fooled by the so called "renovations" all they did was put a fresh coat of paint on appartments that probably should be condemned. All the floors squeak. We have had the WORST upstairs neighbors. I guess the criteria to live on the top floor is to either be pot heads that stay up all night or excessively overwieght and stay up all night. I never have a moments peace with my upstairs neighbor now. I cannot believe how inconsiderate she is. She is overwieght and walks VERY heavily. We can hear every step she makes and it is loud. All day and all NIGHT as well. It is nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. Every person we have had over to the appartment cannot get over how loud she walks they all say it literally sounds like the floor will fall any minute. I am not exaggerating. We have complained to the so called staff here at the complex and they have done NOTHING! Anywhere else you could not get away with disturbing your neighbors. Another noise issue we have is the pipes. Whenever water is run upstairs for any reason (shower, laundry, etc) it literally sounds like someone is banging on the pipes throughout our appartment. We have tried drowing out the noise with ear plugs and it still doesn't work. The bugs are another HUGE problem. I have never seen so many bugs before and I lived in Florida! We have the pest control come out at least once a month. The floors are very creaky and our feet dip into some areas of our floor as we walk. We showed the manager of the appartment who said it wasn't a big deal. Needless to say like every other issue we had nothing was done. Also there are a lot of creepy people who linger in the parking lots and around the buildings. One time one of our neighbors told us that he say a man walking around our door and put his ear up to our door! We wanted to break our lease the DAY we moved in! As soon as our lease is up we are out of here. We have told EVERYONE we know to not move in. I honestly do not know one person who lives here that likes it. So if you are considering moving here DON'T!!!!! I promise you will be very very sorry.

Thanks for writing a review. I moved out 2 years ago and left a review. I wish you had a chance to read that before you moved in. I am sure, with current reviews, nobody who gets a chance to read them is ever going to make the mistakes we made.

i lived there two years ago also and left a poor rating review. I do not recommend anyone living there. My bedroom was flooded from the water heater. It wasn't just a small puddle of water, you can splash up water when walking through. The water took up the whole bedroom and a quarter of the living room. The bugs ran me out and the fact our power went out like clock work. the main thing while i was still living there, i moving out my stuff and the complex painting crew stole my living room furniture, curtains and other belongings. I honestly thought i was robbed until someone from the office told me who did it. it took over 6 months of arguing and yelling to get less than half of the worth of my stuff. They even destroyed my family photos and other belonging by painting over them and stepping on them. The funny thing is... my lease wasn't up for another two weeks. lol funny huh?
