I haved lived here for nearly a year now and it has been a completely miserable experience. Every night the college kids keep me up with their loud cars and parties. It's like "Club Villas" on the weekends. One night I walked out onto my balcony only to find three cops with their guns out right next to my building! And I thought this place was safe! The managment here, well what can I say about the managment...
The people who work here must be the dumbest group of people I have ever come across in my entire life. I think the women here get hired for their looks, not their brains. I think it must be a qualification to have a high-pitched voice and pretty hair. These people take FOREVER to fix any maintence problems or to deal with anything concerning your lease or apartment, unless of course they are trying to get money from you. These people are total money-grubbers, (or as my husband and I like to call them "Notice Nazis"). Oh and your pet deposit does not actually cover anything your pet might do to your apartment. Dont be fooled, its more like pet rent. The only thing good about this place is that the apartments are big and spacious with large closets and garden tubs. But beware of the bathroom! My first day there I had no hot water, the shower-curtain broke and fell to the floor and the towel rack ripped out of the drywall it was attached to the second I hung a towel. This place is a hell hole.

Do you expect there not to be any college kids at a complex that close to a univeristy. If you didn't want to be around college students than maybe you should live somewhere not near a college.
