The noise here is terrible. College kids party all night every night, drive loud cars and lpay loud music. The highway traffic is annoying al crap. George Busbee is just as bad. I love the fact that our gates stay open all day long, for what reason, I do not know. There is no fencing what so ever around the apartments, so feel free to walk up when ever you like. Don't expect the office personnell to take care of your problems because the girl who answers the phone, don't even get me started. She has to be a graduate of Bimbo University. It sounded like a great thing to be the first person to live in one of these brand new apartments, but... Nope. Proble after problem. My AC broke and I called it in like 4 times. I paid $350.00 electric bills in the middle of the summer and my inside temperature stayed in the high 70's and 80's. They finally fixed it when I called again and was NOT very nice about my situation. If it is so hard to come fix the maintenance problems, then they should leave the utility closets unlocked so we can fix it our selves and maybe save ourselves $1,000.00 in electricity. Some of my neighbors are nice, but most are stuck up and snotty, and look at me like I am somthing their cat dragged in. If you work days and nights, don't sleep here, have no kids or pets, or use your appliances this place is for you!!!

I think that you are being really unfair to the office staff. Even though they may not be the smartest people in the world, they are just trying to be nice and cheerful. And as far as the college students go, you live less than 5 minutes from the school. You have to expect students to live in these apartments. If you have a problem with the noise, be friendly to them and ask them to turn it down.
