I have lived here over a year and enjoy living in the large apartments. Everytime I walk into the office I always feel welcomed and everyone knows my name. When I was out of town and forgot to return my blockbuster videos, I called the office and they returned the movies for me so I would not have a late charge...never experienced that before. Management is always willing to help me no matter what. These other reviews sound like a bunch of jealous housewives and maintenance has always made repairs to my apartment quickly.

Jealous housewife? Well if a housewife is someone who works 45 hours a week, sure you can call me a housewife. And I dont think that having a broken AC, noisy neighbors and dumb office staff is anything to be jealous over. Just because my experience at the Villas has been different than yours does not mean I am a "jealous housewife." I work hard for everything I have and I dont feel that my money at the Villas has been money well spent.

Its a freaking apartment... THERE WILL BE NOISE! If you dont like it move out.... Managment is incredibly knowledgable about finance and leasing.
